Terms and Conditions - you must agree before proceeding
By registering a username and password at LCL Navigation’s eBLISS, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions of usage: 1. Customer solely is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information submitted and/or retrieved. 2. LCL Navigation is not responsible for unauthorized access to Customer’s files due to lost or misused usernames and passwords or acts of computer vandals or ‘hackers’. 3. Usernames and passwords will be maintained until cancelled by Customer. It is the responsibility of the Customer to duly notify LCL Navigation in writing of the termination or change of employment of any of its employees who has registered a username and password at eBLISS or of any lost or compromised username and password and to request cancellation of the username access. 4. For security purposes, files may be removed from the eBLISS site after an appropriate amount of time has expired. 5. LCL Navigation assumes no responsibility for verifying the accuracy of B13A information submitted by Customer and any AMPS fines relating to errors on the B13A. 6. LCL Navigation assumes no responsibility for any failure by Customer to amend or correct B13As, which must be performed manually with CCRA. 7. LCL Navigation assumes no responsibility for any late submission of B13A Export Declaration by Customer and any AMPS fines thereof. 8. LCL Navigation assumes no responsibility for failure to notify CCRA of a cancelled B13A due to cancellation of the shipment and any AMPS fines thereof. 9. LCL Navigation assumes no responsibility for any failure by Customer to file any Export Permit required under the Customs Act and any AMPS fines thereof. 10. LCL Navigation provides the web facility for filing the B13A through CAED and Customer authorizes LCL Navigation on behalf of Exporter to submit the Export Declaration using CAED as agent. 11. Customer authorizes LCL Navigation to use Commercial Invoice or B13A created at eBLISS for the purposes of securing IN-BOND transit or transshipment permits. 12. Customer authorizes LCL Navigation to release Commercial Invoice or B13A information when requested by government authorities. 13. LCL Navigation shall hold in strict confidence all files and documentation submitted by Customer at eBLISS at its premises and shall not store the data at any third party storage facilities or sub-contract to information service bureaus without due notice to Customer. Customer has read the above eBLISS Terms and Conditions of Usage and agrees to be bound by them. Customer agrees to be bound by any additonal Terms and Conditions or amendments as may be posted from time to time at eBLISS. By signing this Ageeement, Customer authorizes its employees to register individual usernames and passwords at eBLISS and agrees to hold LCL Navigation harmless for all claims resulting from any abuse or misuse by its employees until Customer has notified LCL Navigation in writing of the cancellation of any username access.
